Liam's First Birthday

We celebrated Liam turning 1 with Family in town for a party. We decided on a Circus party because we could decorate with LOTS of Red (Liam's favorite color) and lots of treats. Liam was a dream! He was so happy moving from person to person eating off their plates and sharing his toys with cousins. He loved opening gifts and just grabbed them himself, opened them and then took them to the other littles there to play with. No one got upset over the toys and all had a good time. We practiced blowing out the candle before hand but Liam insisted on just trying to grab at it so Mom blew it out for him. He then devoured his cupcake! So far that boy will eat anything we give him which is such a blessing. We loved celebrating our boy and having so many that love him around.

Next month we get to visit my sister in Texas and my parents for Easter in California. Can't wait to shower him with even more love then and all the fun of celebrating holidays. We'll see if he figures out the egg hunt on his own this year or if dad will have to help him out.

BTW getting ready for a party is a totally different experience when you have a little one running around :)
