New words

Liam has several new words and little stories I want to remember, his birthday is this weekend and I want to be sure I get them down before the fun of celebrating takes over.

He has several new words. Many still that we are trying to make out but the ones he says leave us laughing each day.

Dada
Mama
Baba
Wow
Ya (hoping this one lasts awhile longer, but I know No will be here soon enough)
Mo (he says it when he wants more of something, so I think that's what it means)
Ut-Oh
Tickle

When we are in his room these days he is often in this box

Story about "tickle" we were all sick with the flu last weekend and Liam was in a super silly mood. He would just run around like normal and then decide to cuddle for awhile. So in between one of these transitions he was sitting on my lap and reached over with those chubby little baby fingers and wiggled them on my stomach and said "tickle" so clearly. He was saying it since a few weeks ago but super fast so it was hard to make out but its clear as can be now and is his new favorite. He says it when the dogs run by, when he wakes up in the morning, whenever he feel like it really but the moment I loved the most was sitting on the couch being tickled by our new little tickle monster.

Sometimes the books come out and sometimes he just sits on them

He loves to climb! up the stairs, down the stairs, into every box and cupboard, bath, bed, box, laundry basket around. If he thinks he can get in it or on it he does it.

I was making his bed and he thought it was the funniest thing that it was on the floor
He still is trying to be just like mommy. We get ready together in the mornings. He holds my make up brushes for me, we brush our teeth together and ride to work together. When we are home he likes to vacuum, dust, wash toilets (at least he pretends to), load and unload the dishwasher (sometimes the opposite of what I am doing ;), helps with laundry, his favorite is carrying some clothing item to the washer and closing the dryer door. I don't even mind that it slows things down, I love that he wants to help and hope that feeling lasts forever.

Helping with laundry
There is a new girl at daycare that was having a hard time and was laying on the floor upset. Liam went up to her and rubbed her back to comfort her. Heart melted when I heard this. How did we get so lucky with such a sweet, helpful, silly little boy. I love his personality and getting to see that raw character that is already within him.

Brushing our teeth!
He loves to walk around with his bottle and no pants ;)
