Shasta

We talked about this trip for over a year, we were so excited! We went to Lake Shasta for a week with the Jacobson Family and Brown Cousins. It was so much fun. Lots of relaxing, games, water time, and of course we can't leave out Honey Boo Boo.  I tried wake boarding for the first time but despite my sisters funny but of course helpful suggestions I failed to get up. Brian on the other hand actually was getting pretty good at it after a few days. At Shasta we stayed on a houseboat which was a first for both me and Bri and was great except the airplane engine sounding fans at night ;) We also had a ski boat, 2 jet skis and 2 kayaks so there was something for everyone. We even got Grandma J on the Seadoo. There was so much wildlife too, we saw lots of deers including moms, and dad and even babies. There was a black bear that swam right next to our boat, and even a bald eagle it was fantastic. The water was also surprisingly warm which made spending so much time in the water wonderful.
